OPTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER

• Order directly on our website by filling in the online Order Form. These orders require payment by credit card (Visa, AmEx, Mastercard), and are debited in US Dollars only.  

• Download the Order Form that corresponds to the country to which the products will be sent.  

• Contact Natural Source International, Ltd. and we will send you the order form by mail or by fax.  

• Your order is processed upon receipt of your Order Form accompanied by your payment.  

• Orders sent to us by fax must be accompanied by a credit card number (Visa, Master/Eurocard, AmEx) or the receipt of a money order, in US Dollars.  

• Orders sent to us by mail must be accompanied by a check in US Dollars or in Euros.  

Natural Source International, Ltd. accepts no responsibility for fluctuations in exchange rates, or for fees applied by your bank.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are processed and shipped by express carrier within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Delivery usually takes 3 to 4 business days. Overnight delivery is also available upon request for USA and Canada. Please note that our offices are closed on weekends and holidays, and your order will be processed the next business day.

Please refer to the SHIPPING COST TABLE for an approximate shipping fee in US Dollars for certain destinations. Please contact us for shipping costs for unlisted destinations.

Additional information for non U.S. Internet customers
Payment of all sales taxes, local taxes and customs duties, if any, are the customer's sole responsibility. Please familiarize yourself with your country's rules and regulations regarding import of food supplements before ordering. Those who access this site from a location outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

RETURN POLICY

You may cancel your order if you e-mail your cancellation request to us before your order has been shipped. Such cancellations should be sent expeditiously since Natural Source International, Ltd. attempts to ship all orders within 48 hours after receipt of payment.

In the event an order is cancelled, Natural Source International, Ltd. will issue a credit to your credit card account equal to the product value.

If the wrong product is shipped by Natural Source International, Ltd., the customer shall give notice (by phone, fax or email) to Natural Source International, Ltd. within 15 days of the receipt of such order and the product must be sent back to our office. It will then be replaced at no extra charge.

Products properly shipped by Natural Source International, Ltd. cannot be returned and replaced nor returned and refunded.

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE

Although Natural Source International, Ltd. makes every effort to maintain stock and satisfy our customers, occasionally we may be out of certain items. If an item is out of stock, we will ship and charge to you only the available items.
