All in one: A glass of water first thing in the morning is a good idea, but a glass of water with a packet of Recipe for Health from Natural Source adds that extra edge, the foundation of everything your body demands. so easy to take and great flavour: I've never been keen on eating lots of fruit and vegetables, so when I discovered Recipe For Health, I thought that this was just what I needed to make sure I get the antioxidants, fiber and Vitamins that my body needed. And when I found out how great it tasted, I was hooked. Easy, convenient and a great start to the day. Now I have peace of mind that I am getting enough of the essential ingredients that were missing from my diet.

I find a way to say yes to vegetables and fruits on my everyday diet.: It has been about five months since I have been using Recipe For Health and this was one of my best decisions. With only two serving a day I have my daily intake of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals as well. With Recipe For Health there is something for everyone in the world of fruits and vegetables so arguing that you "don't like them" doesn't cut it because Recipe For Health is great for busy people who don't have a lot of time for food preparation.

Tasty and convenient: I don't eat enough fruits and veggies in my day so healthy supplementation is very important for me. The individual packets are really convenient to throw in my bag and mix on the go. The berry taste is sweet yet not overpowering. This drink mix is my favorite and my kids love it.
